There's nothing like a business that's super honest, super quick, reasonably priced, and knows exactly what they're talking about. Pretty rare these days. We woke up this morning to no hot water in the house. After another company came by and told me I needed a water heater replacement ($2,600), I called Excalibur for a second opinion. Paul answered, asked me for pics, and right away told me he knows this kind of problem well and a $400 repair will do the trick, buying me several more years with the existing water heater. Even though Excalibur was booked up the whole day, Paul said he could squeeze in this repair job quickly. Within an hour he was at my house with the part. Quickly fixed it up, explained everything in detail to me, and now we have hot water again. Their service and competence earned my trust and I'll definitely be back to them when it actually is time to buy a new water heater.

I wanted to take a moment to share my great experience for the exceptional service that I received from these guys. My husband and I had a bit of an emergency situation last Thursday when we discovered that our water heater was leaking and we were unable to locate the source of the problem.After making multiple phone calls to local plumbers, we were feeling quite discouraged. However, we stumbled upon this company's website and were immediately impressed by the glowing reviews from other satisfied customers. When we called, we were asked to provide some photos and were given a quote right away - a refreshing change from the other plumbers we had contacted who were unable or unwilling to provide an estimate.The next day, Paul and his team arrived promptly at 10:30 am and quickly got to work. They finished everything at 11:30am!!!I was impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail, as well as their willingness to go above and beyond by checking out the garage located under my unit.Not only was the work completed within an hour, but there were no surprises or hidden costs-exactly what we had been hoping for. I had a water heater replaced by Baron back in 2008. Picked him because he was a straight shooter, willing to give me a quote over the phone. He was on time, did impeccable work, and charged me exactly what he said he would. The water heater is still going strong today.
